 I do have snails in my tank.I do my best to pick off what I see but I do have snails in my tank. Duckweed have invaded a few tanks but most plants will be free of duckweed. Please contact me if this is a concern.

Algae - Older leaves may have a bit of algae but I typically clean up all plants before shipping. Photos taken show what to expect.

I guarantee safe delivery to the continental United States as long as you contact me within 2 hours of delivery time marked by USPS with pictures of the product. I will not guarantee or be responsible late, lost, or misdirected packages. 

I have success shipping all year long. The biggest factor in success is after delivery. Sitting in a hot or cold mail box or sunny driveway/porch can quickly cook or freeze product. Please have your shipments brought indoor as soon as possible. FYI I ship mostly on Saturday. So most USPS priority will arrive Monday or Tuesday.
